This year Welton Memorial Club Celebrates its 70th birthday, to celebrate this milestone we will be holding a celebration on the evening of Saturday 14th October, there will be a hog roast which is free to members (£5.00 for none members). The hog roast will be served between 8:30pm & 9:30pm and limited to the 1st 75 members/guests. Followed by evening entertainment from 9:30pm. The evening is optional fancy dress with a theme of through the ages.
We have extended the range of beers. Along with Worthington’s we now have John Smith’s Smooth Bitter. The cask ale has been extended to include Doombar which is a refreshing Amber beer from Sharp’s Brewery and sits well with the ever-popular Tetley and Black Sheep. Bass Mild remains popular and the range of lagers has been extended to include Grolsch, a premium lager, to compliment both the Carlsberg and the Carling on sale.
You’ll still find that our beers are of excellent quality, maintained by our Stewardess Sam, who with her staff, provide a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Why don’t you pop in and find out for yourself? Your more than welcome.
